Nicole began her career in the Vocational Rehabilitation Field as a Job Coach in 2007.  She was promoted to Community Employment Case Manager after only three months.  She also took on the mantle of training Job Coaches on how to better perform their duties and developed a soft skills training Curriculum for clients. In 2014 Nicole transitioned from Case Management to Vocational Education and Training Specialist, making her responsible for all staff training.  Nicole became Program Manager of the Community Training Program in 2017. After successfully launching the Community Training Program, in 2020, Nicole began developing programs for FRW and returned to her passion of training as the companies Training and Program Development Manager.  She has successfully developed three new programs at FRW.  Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services, and two Masters’ Degrees, one in Rehabilitation Counseling and the other in Education Curriculum and Instruction in Applied Behavior analysis.  Most recently Nicole has become certified in Person-Centered-Thinking Trainer and is now able to provide valuable training to those outside the organization.
