Person-Centered Thinking is a mindset in which a person is not seen by only one part of their being but by the whole person in all aspects of their life. The core responsibility of person-centered thinking is to balance in all things what is important to a person with what is important for them. This is done through active listening and constant re-evaluating of previous beliefs about who a person is beyond their diagnosis.  Person-centered thinking promotes active listening and most importantly action towards a life that is happy, fulfilled and content.
