Supported Employment Individual
For individual placements, we receive referrals from DOR and the Regional Center. Individual Placement participants take the same process as Direct Placements. The only difference is that they receive long-term support after the initial 90 days until the participant no longer requests/requires it.
Supported Employment Group
Groups allow participants that are not ready for CIE to develop their skills in their desired field. We currently have groups in lawn maintenance, janitorial services, and fleet services. These groups travel to different work sites with constant support from their job coach. Once they are ready for CIE; they transition into Individual Placement where they work closely with the Job Developer to hone their employment skills.
