Supported Employment
Referrals received through the California Regional Center System (Inland Regional Center). Services include group and individual employment opportunities that include long term supports.

Discovery
Referrals are received through both the California Regional Center System and the California Department of Rehabilitation. Services include an in-depth look into the strengths and skills of participants. Goals are established around input from the participant and their natural supports.

Student Services
Referrals are received through the California Department of Rehabilitation. Services are provided to those still in high school (16-22) who desire to build a resume prior to finishing school. Students are matched to their employment goals while earning work experience.

Community Integration
Referrals are received through the California Regional Center System (Inland Regional Center) and provide the participants the opportunity to fully participate the community of their choosing. Both life and work skills are explored and developed in a community-based setting.

Competitive Integrated Employment
FRW has set on a path to achieve CIE for all our participants in their employment goals regardless of setting. All contract work will be being paid at no less than the California minimum or prevailing wage for the work by December 2023.
