Paul brings more than twenty-six (26) years supervisory experience with twenty-five (25) years in the Vocational Rehabilitation Field to FRW.  His experience in Vocational Rehabilitation includes three (3) years as a retail sales manager, four (4) years as a production supervisor, three (3) years as a case manager and over 15 years in program management.  Prior to FRW, Paul served in the United States Army for eight (8) years in the Airborne Infantry.  In his current position, Paul procures and oversees company contracts and manages the resources needed to achieve quality outcomes for our customers.  Paul’s advocacy for people with disabilities comes from family experiences and from a sincere desire to see them achieve their goals.
