Rodger joined FRW in November 2021. He brings over 23 years of Human Resources Experience most recently in the Healthcare industry. He graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors degree in Business and Human Resources Management.

He is a life long resident of the Inland Empire and enjoys volunteering and coaching youth sports. He has served on Multiple Board of Directors including President of Rancho Cucamonga Softball.
