Artina McIntosh is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of entrepreneurial expertise ranging from childcare, consulting, retail, executive sales, business formation, nonprofits and career and technical training.  She is a published author and has been featured in numerous magazines such as Essence, Ebony and other articles around the world showcasing her commitment to community and excellence in business. Her latest endeavor involves being the founder of “Empowering Success Now” a college/career readiness and business education non-profit that provides a variety of resources and education to the youth and adults in the community.  Although she has a love for business,she has a passion for education and is a tenured Professor of Business/Entrepreneurship at Los Angeles Trade Tech College where is the entrepreneurship lead and the creator of the Small Business Entrepreneurship AA Degree.

Apart from her entrepreneurial and education pursuits, Ms. McIntosh involves herself in various community and civic endeavors. To mention a few, she is a Fontana Rotarian, a Fontana Chamber Ambassador, a recurring judge for the “Future Business Leaders of America” youth business competition, anda frequent speaker at junior high and high schools throughout Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. In addition, she sits on various state and city committees and boards such as FRW and the Fontana Mayor Education Coalition. She also assists aspiring and current business owners with the start-up, growthand sustainability of their business. She conductus seminars, workshops and trainings for SCORE, and other academic and business organizations locally and throughout the United States.
