Joe joined FRW in 1995 as a Community Job Coach. In 1996 Joe took over the Air Force cargo net repair contract as a Production Supervisor for 3 years. Joe left FRW in 1999 to work in the Marble/Granite field a family-owned business. Joe returned to FRW in 2000 & was hired as the Production Superintendent where he worked for 12 years. In 2012 Joe was asked to take a new position as Quality Assurance Manager. Joe helped develop the Quality Management System that is in place today & that has the approval of the federal government regarding our federal contracts. In 2018 Joe was asked to take on the Human Resources department along with his Quality Assurance & Safety duties.
