Arby E. Fields Founder and Executive Director of Fields Comprehensive Youth Services, Inc. (FCYS) established in 1996 with a mission of promoting healthy living skills in adolescent males so they may strive for success and become productive citizens. Fields serves as Area Director District 12 Area B3 Toastmasters and serves as a Board Member for the following organizations: California Alliance of Child and Family Services, Fontana Resources at Work, Fontana, CA; Serves as Charter Mentor and Committee Member of the Riverside Kappa League. He has been committed to serving youth in the community and making a difference in their lives. As a Board member, Fields serves on the Ethics and Personnel Committee. He supports the mission of FRW in their commitment to provide a stable environment for their employees and deliver quality products and services to their customers.
