Dolores Armstead was raised in San Bernardino, locating to the area when her father was stationed at Norton AFB. Dolores retired from the County of San Bernardino where she was responsible for administering several countywide business financing programs and economic development activities. Upon retiring she turned to public service where she is actively engaged in community and public service. Dolores joined FRW’s team to assist in informing the community of the fantastic work and services being done by FRW staff and participants. Her expertise in finance assisted FRW in transitioning our financial records systems. Dolores has provided our board with a renewed enthusiasm for fundraising and has actively recruited members who hold the same level of commitment to supporting our mission. “It is an honor to represent FRW and open people’s minds to our great work.”
